We carefully review your architectural plans. When appropriate, we offer amendments to the existing drawings if we see there is a more efficient and economical way to build the design.
You, as client, have full participation. Your fingerprints are on the renovation from the beginning. The final project is the fulfillment of your vision.
When the designs are in place we can accurately estimate the cost and the time it will take to do your renovation. We schedule each phase of the project carefully, coordinating with you, our client, and orchestrating the many aspects of construction including: permitting, engineering, integration of materials orders with sub-contractor scheduling, and managing all phases of the work to minimize its impact on neighbors. Because of our many years of experience with the process, we are able to help you through the multitude of decisions that need to be made along the way.
Success in construction starts with good communication. Throughout the planning, budgeting and building phases of your project we have face-to-face meetings with you and provide detailed documentation of all decisions.
As the work unfolds you will get regular "project-to-date" reports, outlining progress and costs. These regular updates are like a construction GPS: you can see where you are now and where you still need to go.
